Shipping
 

Shipping includes secure packaging, shipping confirmation, and insurance. These are fixed price for Delivery to anywhere in the Continental United States orders shipping by DHL cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Military Orders (APO/FPO), etc.

On average your order will be shipped the same business day with an estimated delivery of 2-7 business days.

Orders with Rush Handling: will be shipped the same day and given priority over all other orders. If an order is placed as rush and cannot be shipped the same day due to stock issues it will be drop shipped the next day.

Orders shipped but not received will be considered lost at 15 days and reshipped. Rush Handling: orders will be considered lost at 5 working days (USPS Priority Mail) and 10 working Days  (First Class). Just email petersupport@bidabit.com with " Rush Order Delayed" in the header.

Orders received before 12:00pm PST - Pacific Standard Time - are usually shipped the same or next day. Rush Orders are shipped the same day.

Expedited Shipping

Overnight and 2-Day Air delivery is available to the contiguous 48 states. Shipping charges will be displayed before you submit your order.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation Numbers. If you need tracking service than please use DHL as USPS provides Delivery Confirmation but not tracking

Many online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses, but here at bidabit.com, we are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses. However because these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, please wait at least a month before contacting us about non-delivery.

Shipping Notes:

Shipping offers may be discontinued at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date.

Most orders received after 12:00PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. Items will not be shipped individually.

Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the Post Office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, contact our Customer Care Center petersupport@bidabit.com to resolve any issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. If you want to change your order it will need to be cancelled and placed again. Please contact petersupport@bidabit.com  for this service note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it by emailing us at petersupport@bidabit.com and getting a return authorization code.
