I looked all over the Internet and couldn’t find a lower price. I was pleasantly surprised when my Epson ink cartridge arrived quickly, Professionally Packaged, and was the same product that I had been buying from the name brand online stores at a much higher price.

So I gritted my teeth (I’ve had bad experiences before when companies tell me it’s not in stock)and placed an order, I was very pleased when my product shipped on time. I was really angry when my shipment arrived. Bidabit only shipped 1/2 the order. I contacted the live support and they resolved the issue really quickly and efficiently.
I understand companies make mistakes but I was impressed at how responsive Bidabit was. I was pleased to find that Bidabit has a policy that all problems be solved at the time of the chat. Even though I didn’t like waiting it was really nice to get a Delivery confirmation number at the end of the session.

I’ve been buying HP 95a laser toner cartridges from Office Max for years and at my Chamber of Commerce meeting another business owner mentioned that he was using remanufacture laser cartridges and saving alot of money. He recommended Bidabit.I’ve heard every nitemare story about refill toner cartridges but I was convinced to try this one. After all a 66% saveings is nothing to sneeze at. I loved it.
